Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 3-5 years of combined woodworking, cabinet making and cabinet installation experience
• Reliable (including transportation), trustworthy & honest
• Clean and seasoned driving record
• Positive work habits (attention to detail, meticulous, efficient)
• Positive personal habits (positive attitude, balanced, personal hygiene)
• Ability to operate and maintain power equipment safely and productively
• Ability to handle high value material/finished product
• Desire and aptitude to learn all facets of the trade and continually refine their skills
• Ability to safely lift and move parts & materials
• Ability to communicate directly, clearly and respectfully to clients and team members
